Kim Seon Ho Is A Mysterious Pursuer In Poster For Upcoming Big Screen Debut Film "The Childe"
Kim Seon Ho’s upcoming film “The Childe” has unveiled a brand-new poster!
“The Childe” (originally titled “Sad Tropics”) follows the chaotic chase that ensues when the mysterious “Childe,” alongside several other forces, embark on separate missions that all aim to pursue Marco, a boxer who travels from one illegal arena to another in the Philippines.
Directed by Park Hoon Jung of hit films “New World,” “Night in Paradise,” and “The Witch” series, “The Childe” is drawing attention as the big screen debut of Kim Seon Ho, who has received lots of love for his drama and theater performances. Kim Seon Ho will star as Childe, a man with polar opposite charms, while rookie actor Kang Tae Joo will play Marco.
The eye-catching poster features a silhouette of Childe, who is whistling leisurely while watching his target. Childe is a mysterious chaser who appears in front of Marco, who is struggling to make money by any means necessary. After cornering in on his target, Childe makes a mess in Marco’s life, leaving viewers curious to see how the two are connected. The poster also confirms the film’s premiere date for this June.
Meanwhile, starring alongside Kim Seon Ho and Kang Tae Joo in “The Childe” are Kim Kang Woo, who adds a sense of stability with his seasoned acting, and Go Ara, who has radiated a variety of charms through various works.
‘The Childe” will hit theaters in June 2023.
