iKON Tops iTunes Charts Around The World With "TAKE OFF"
iKON is dominating iTunes charts across the globe with their latest release!
On May 4 at 6 p.m. KST, iKON dropped their long-awaited third full-length album “TAKE OFF” and its title track “U.” Immediately upon its release, the album soared to the top of iTunes charts in numerous countries around the world.
According to iKON’s agency 143 Entertainment, “TAKE OFF” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 10 different regions, including Peru, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, and Saudi Arabia on the day of its release.
“TAKE OFF” is iKON’s first comeback in almost exactly a year after releasing their mini album “FLASHBACK” last May 2022. Additionally, this marks the group’s first comeback since parting ways with YG Entertainment and signing with 143 Entertainment.
