Soompi's K-Pop Music Chart 2023, May Week 1
IVE’s “I AM” is the No. 1 song for the third consecutive week despite tight competition. Congratulations to IVE!
Debuting at No. 2 is SEVENTEEN’s “Super,” one of the two title songs from SEVENTEEN’s 10th mini album “FML.” The song is inspired by characteristics of the various forms of Sun Wukong (Sonogong) that exists around the world.
“Haegeum” by Agust D, BTS’ Suga, debuts at No. 3. The title track from Suga’s solo album “D-DAY,” it is a hip hop genre song that uses haegeum (traditional Korean string instrument) sounds and brings up the idea of “freedom” to those who are bound by various restrictions.
