May Rookie Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various rookie idol groups, using big data collected from April 11 to May 11. Only idols who debuted in 2022 or later were considered for the rankings.
NewJeans topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 4,272,402. High-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis included “Hype Boy,” “Ditto,” and “Minji,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “selected,” and “surpass.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 86.92 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM came in at a close second with a brand reputation index of 4,102,431 for May.
FIFTY FIFTY took third place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 2,856,729, while H1-KEY followed in fourth place with a total score of 1,340,417.
Finally, NMIXX rounded out the top five for May with a brand reputation index of 1,171,897.
