Former I.O.I And PRISTIN Member Lim Nayoung Parts Ways With Sublime Artist Agency

Former I.O.I and PRISTIN member Lim Nayoung has parted ways with Sublime Artist Agency (SAA) following her contract expiration.

On May 15, Sublime Artist Agency released the following statement announcing the expiration of Lim Nayoung’s exclusive contract:

Hello, this is Sublime.

This is our official stance regarding the expiration of our exclusive contract with Lim Nayoung.

As Lim Nayoung’s exclusive contract expired, we had a deliberate discussion with Lim Nayoung and mutually agreed to end our exclusive contract.

We thank Lim Nayoung, who was with us as our agency artist, and the fans who love Lim Nayoung. We will sincerely cheer for Lim Nayoung’s future.

We ask for your unchanging love and support for Lim Nayoung as she awaits a new start in the future.

Lim Nayoung debuted as a member of “Produce 101” girl group I.O.I in 2016. Following the project group’s disbandment, Lim Nayoung debuted with PRISTIN in 2017. PRISTIN disbanded in May 2019 and Lim Nayoung subsequently parted ways with PLEDIS Entertainment before signing with Sublime Artist Agency that summer.

Last December, Lim Nayoung appeared in KBS2’s drama special “The Distributors.”
