Nam Joo Hyuk Completes Military Training And Gets Assigned To The 32nd Infantry Division

Actor Nam Joo Hyuk has completed his military training and is now officially a military police officer!

On May 18, an official from his agency Management SOOP shared with Star News, “Nam Joo Hyuk has been assigned to the 32nd Infantry Division.”

The 32nd Infantry Division is a Military Police Unit located in Geumnam, Sejong Special Self-Governing City. The unit defends the Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam regions.

Early this year, Nam Joo Hyuk was accepted into the Military Police force and he officially enlisted on March 20. After undergoing five weeks of basic military training, Nam Joo Hyuk recently completed his secondary military police training at the Army General Administration School, where he was assigned to a battalion.

Ahead of his enlistment, Nam Joo Hyuk wrapped up filming for original Disney+ original series “Vigilante” (literal title), which follows the story of an investigator from the Metropolitan Police Department as he tracks down the Vigilante, a social phenomenon that judges the wicked who have escaped justice.

Nam Joo Hyuk is expected to be discharged on September 19, 2024.
