"Doctor Cha" Climbs To Its Highest Saturday Ratings Yet As "Joseon Attorney" Holds Steady For Finale
JTBC’s “Doctor Cha” continues to soar to new heights!
On May 20, the hit drama achieved its highest viewership ratings yet for a Saturday (when its ratings are typically lower compared to Sundays). According to Nielsen Korea, “Doctor Cha” remained first place in its time slot across all channels—even public broadcast networks—with an average nationwide rating of 16.2 percent.
Meanwhile, tvN’s new fantasy drama “Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938” took first place in its time slot across all cable channels with an average nationwide rating of 5.5 percent.
MBC’s “Joseon Attorney” earned an average nationwide rating of 2.9 percent for its series finale, which aired in the same time slot as SBS’s beloved medical drama “Dr. Romantic 3” (which wrapped up the first half of its run on a nationwide average of 12.9 percent last night).
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “The Real Has Come!” continued its reign as the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 17.4 percent.
