Red Velvet’s Wendy To Step Down As DJ Of Radio Show “Young Street”
Red Velvet’s Wendy will step down from her position as DJ of SBS Power FM’s “Wendy’s Young Street.”
On June 5, Sports DongA reported that Wendy recently expressed her intention to step down from the program to the production team of “Young Street” due to potential schedule conflicts in the future.
In response to the report, a representative from “Young Street” confirmed, “It is true that Wendy will be stepping down from ‘Young Street.’ Wendy will have her last broadcast on July 2.”
The representative added, “The next DJ is still undecided.”
Notably, Wendy will step down from the program just 10 days before her second anniversary on the show. Wendy first became the fixed DJ of the radio program on July 12, 2021.
“Young Street” is a radio program that airs every day at 8 p.m. KST. Wendy’s last broadcast will air on July 2 at 8 p.m. KST.
