KBS Song Festival Responds To Reports Of Being Held In Japan This Year
KBS has officially responded to reports about the location for the upcoming 2023 KBS Song Festival!
On June 19, Star News reported that this year KBS will hold its annual year-end music show at the Belluna Dome in Saitama, Japan on December 9. If the 2023 KBS Song Festival indeed takes place in Japan, it will be the first time the annual event will be held abroad.
In response to the report, a source from KBS clarified, “The 2023 KBS Song Festival in Japan is still under discussion. It is not yet confirmed.”
Last year, the 2022 KBS Song Festival took place at Seoul’s Jamsil Arena on December 16. Many artists, including NCT 127, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, TXT, ATEEZ, ITZY, aespa, (G)I-DLE, ENHYPEN, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, THE BOYZ, NMIXX, Kep1er, STAYC, fromis_9, PENTAGON, ONEUS, Choi Ye Na, Kim Woo Seok, BoA, Koyote, and FORESTELLA took the stage at the event.
