ATEEZ Becomes 1st Boy Group Not From 'Big 4' Agency To Surpass 1 Million 1st-Week Sales

ATEEZ has achieved an exciting career first with their new album!

On June 16, ATEEZ made their return with their brand-new mini album “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” and its addictive title track “BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS).”

Just three days later, Hanteo Chart announced on June 19 that “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” had officially surpassed 1 million sales, making it ATEEZ’s first album ever to sell over a million copies within the first week of its release.

In the day since, the album’s sales numbers have soared even higher—and by the end of June 20 KST, “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” had already sold an impressive total of 1,267,862 copies.

Notably, ATEEZ is the first boy group not from one of the “big 4” agencies (HYBE, SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and YG Entertainment) to have an album surpass 1 million sales in its first week.

With two days still left to go before the end of the week, it remains to be seen just how much higher ATEEZ’s first-week sales record will climb.

Congratulations to ATEEZ!
