2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards Announces Nominees
The 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards (BSA) has announced its nominees!
Having kicked off just last year, Sports Chosun—which currently presents the famous annual Blue Dragon Film Awards—launched Korea’s first award ceremony specifically for streaming platforms. In light of the continuing growth of the original series content industry, the Blue Dragon Series Awards honors excellence in dramas and variety shows produced by streaming services, as opposed to television networks.
The nominees were selected by surveys conducted with officials and regular viewers as well as the evaluations by the Sports Chosun entertainment news reporters regarding streaming series and content (domestic dramas, variety shows, and educational shows) which were released from May 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023.
