Lim Nayoung And Choi Woong Deny Dating Rumors
Former I.O.I and PRISTIN member Lim Nayoung and actor Choi Woong have responded to their dating rumors.
On June 29, a media outlet reported that according to an industry insider, Lim Nayoung and Choi Woong had developed into lovers after appearing together in the play “Hello, The Hell: Othello.” The report further stated that the two also recently traveled abroad as a couple after they performed at the 2023 Adelaide Fringe Festival Korean Season in March.
Soon after, the agencies of the two stars denied the rumors. A representative of Choi Woong’s agency The Creative Entertainment shared, “[Choi Woong] and Lim Nayoung are not dating. They’re just close friends because they did a play together.” Lim Nayoung’s side also responded, “The dating rumors with Choi Woong are not true.”
Lim Nayoung debuted as a member of “Produce 101” girl group I.O.I in 2016. Following the project group’s disbandment, Lim Nayoung debuted with PRISTIN in 2017. PRISTIN disbanded in May 2019. Last December, Lim Nayoung appeared in KBS2’s drama special “The Distributors.”
Choi Woong is a model turned actor who has previously appeared in dramas such as “Money Game,” “Descendants of the Sun,” and more.
