Girls' Generation's YoonA And Jun Hyun Moo Confirmed To Reunite As Hosts For 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards

Girls’ Generation’s YoonA and Jun Hyun Moo will once again be hosting the Blue Dragon Series Awards!

Having kicked off just last year, Sports Chosun—which currently presents the famous annual Blue Dragon Film Awards—launched Korea’s first award ceremony specifically for streaming platforms. In light of the continuing growth of the original series content industry, the Blue Dragon Series Awards honors excellence in dramas and variety shows produced by streaming services, as opposed to television networks.

Last year, YoonA and Jun Hyun Moo hosted the first-ever Blue Dragon Series Awards. On hosting for their second consecutive year, Jun Hyun Moo shared, “I still vividly recall the nervousness from the 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards, but the second awards ceremony is already approaching. I am very happy to work together as the MC once again at such an honorable event.”

YoonA remarked, “Following the 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards, I am happy to once again [partake] in the 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards together. I’m already excited thinking of meeting all those who made K-content shine during the past year in one location. I will try to convey bright and good energy by hosting this ceremony as well.
