Won Ji An Questions 2PM's Taecyeon About His First Love In "Heartbeat"

2PM’s Taecyeon and Won Ji An will reach a turning point in their relationship on the next episode of “Heartbeat”!

“Heartbeat” is a new KBS fantasy romance drama starring Taecyeon as Seon Woo Hyul, who is half-human and half-vampire. Although he desperately wants to become human, he misses his chance because of one fateful day out of 100 years. He eventually winds up moving in together with Joo In Hae (Won Ji An), a cold-blooded woman who lacks humanity despite being fully human.

Previously on “Heartbeat,” Seon Woo Hyul saved Joo In Hae from a falling chandelier after they began living together at his mansion. Then, when he spotted a drop of blood on her lips, he was unable to control his vampire impulses and kissed her. However, the moment he tasted her blood, he suddenly felt the presence of his first love Yoon Hae Sun (Yoon So Hee), which shocked him. At the end of the latest episode, a tormented Woo Hyul finally asked In Hae in desperation, “You’re Hae Sun, aren’t you?”

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming fifth episode, In Hae stumbles upon a scroll with a drawing of Hae Sun’s face. After correctly guessing that this is the woman from Woo Hyul’s past, she approaches him to ask her about it.

According to the drama’s producers, what In Hae has to say to Woo Hyul will have a huge effect on their relationship—raising the question of how their dynamic will change as a result of their fateful conversation.
