ITZY Tops iTunes Charts All Over The World + Breaks Own 1st-Day Sales Record With "KILL MY DOUBT"
ITZY’s latest comeback is off to a promising start!
On July 31 at 6 p.m. KST, ITZY made their highly-anticipated return with their new mini album “KILL MY DOUBT” and its catchy title track “CAKE.”
Just four hours later, “KILL MY DOUBT” had already soared to the top of iTunes charts in various countries across the globe. By 10 p.m. KST that same evening, the mini album had hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 14 different regions, including Australia, Brazil, and Vietnam—and that number has climbed even higher since.
Meanwhile, according to Hanteo Chart, “KILL MY DOUBT” sold an impressive total of 318,352 copies on its first day of sales alone—breaking ITZY’s previous first-day sales record of 275,189 set by their last mini album “CHESHIRE” last year.
