"My Dearest" Nearly Doubles Its Ratings As It Surges To New All-Time High
MBC’s “My Dearest” has pulled ahead of SBS’s “The First Responders 2” with a dramatic rise in viewership!
On August 18, the new historical romance drama starring Namgoong Min and Ahn Eun Jin soared to its highest ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, the fifth episode of “My Dearest” took first place in its time slot with an average nationwide rating of 8.4 percent, marking an impressive jump of 3.2 percent from its previous episode last week.
Meanwhile, “The First Responders 2”—which airs in the same time slot as “My Dearest”—rose slightly to an average nationwide rating of 6.3 percent for its own fifth episode.
