Watch: EVERGLOW Covers BLACKPINK, BTS's Jungkook, And ITZY On "Weekly Idol"

EVERGLOW showed off their talents on the latest episode of “Weekly Idol”!

All six members of the girl group appeared as guests on the August 23 broadcast of the MBC every 1 variety show, where they performed their new title track “SLAY” and spent time chatting with the MCs.

For the program’s signature Weekly Playlist segment, EVERGLOW prepared a special dance cover of BLACKPINK’s latest hit “Shut Down.”

When asked about their choice of song, Sihyeon explained, “Since we’re making our first comeback in a long time, just like the meaning of ‘Shut Down,’ we wanted to express our determination to slay.”

At another point in the episode, Sihyeon showcased her gorgeous vocal tone with a brief live cover of BTS’s Jungkook’s solo song “Seven.”

Meanwhile, Onda performed a brief impromptu dance cover of ITZY’s new title track “CAKE” after guessing the song correctly in a game. (Onda’s cover first starts at 1:40 in the video.)
