"My Dearest" Ratings Soar Into Double Digits For New All-Time High
MBC’s “My Dearest” continues to draw new viewers!
On August 25, the popular historical romance drama starring Namgoong Min and Ahn Eun Jin climbed to its highest viewership ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “My Dearest” broke into the double digits with an average nationwide rating of 10.6 percent, marking a jump of nearly 2 percent from its previous episode last week.
Not only did “My Dearest” take first place in its time slot across all channels, but it was also the most-watched program in its time slot among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it rose to an average rating of 3.4 percent.
Meanwhile, SBS’s “The First Responders 2”—which airs in the same time slot as “My Dearest”—held steady with an average nationwide rating of 6.2 percent for the night.
