Watch: Troye Sivan Announces Collab With Stray Kids' Hyunjin And PinkPantheress

Dream do come true: it looks as though Troye Sivan is the ultimate successful fan!

On August 29 local time, Troye Sivan revealed on TikTok that he would be releasing a brand-new remix of his summer song “Rush” featuring Stray Kids’ Hyunjin and PinkPantheress.

Troye Sivan also shared a brief preview of the remix, which is due out on August 31 at 1 p.m. KST.

Earlier this year, Hyunjin and Troye Sivan met at Versace’s “La Vacanza” 2023 fashion show in Cannes, where they were seated next to one another. Afterwards, Troye Sivan famously posted about Hyunjin numerous times, even going so far as to repost a fan edit on TikTok and ask, “Anyone know how to reach this man?”

Although he later went on to joke, “That’s the last time I [publicly] crush on a K-pop star, I almost got murdered,” Troye Sivan has remained vocal about his desire to collaborate with the Stray Kids member— and it seems that dream has finally become a reality.

Troye Sivan first hinted at this collaboration the day before, when he got fans speculating by posting twin TikToks of Hyunjin and PinkPantheress with matching captions. (Hyunjin’s read, “Wow absolutely love this guy. Would love to sing w him one day,” while PinkPantheress’s read, “Wow love this lady’s voice. Would love to sing w her one day.”)
