Cha Joo Wan, Oh Min Soo, And Cha Woong Ki Confirmed To Join Lee Tae Vin In New Fantasy BL Drama
Upcoming BL drama “Love Supremacy Zone” (literal title) has unveiled the main cast lineup including Lee Tae Vin, Cha Joo Wan, Oh Min Soo, and Cha Woong Ki!
Based on a popular web novel, “Love Supremacy Zone” is a fantasy romance drama that follows the story of 29-year-old Tae Myung Ha who enters the world of Love Supremacy Zone, a game developed based on the novel of the same name, as a 19-year-old game character to complete his mission to make his favorite character Cha Yeo Woon happy.
Previously on August 25, it was reported that Lee Tae Vin, who impressed through various dramas including the “The Penthouse” series and “365: Repeat the Year,” will take on the role of Tae Myung Ha, a terminally ill 29-year-old who wakes up as a 19-year-old high school student in the world of a game.
The production team of “Love Supremacy Zone” further unveiled the casting of Cha Joo Wan, Oh Min Soo, and Cha Woong Ki, who will play pivotal roles alongside Lee Tae Vin’s character in the drama.
Cha Joo Wan will play the role of Cha Yeo Woon, Tae Myung Ha’s favorite character from the novel “Love Supremacy Zone” who Tae Myung Ha wants to make happy. Born in a poor family, Cha Yeo Woon suffers from poverty most of his life but manages to become a star athlete through exercising. Cha Joo Wan impressed viewers through the drama “School 2021” as Choi Tae Gang.
Oh Min Soo will star as Cheon Sang Won, a typical boy from a rich family who lives affluently and has a stuck-up personality. Cheon Sang Hoon likes Tae Myung Ha and gets caught between Tae Myung Ha and his favorite character Cha Yeo Woon. Oh Min Soo appeared in the web dramas “Tutu” and “Walking into the Wilderness.”
Cha Woong Ki will play an introverted and quiet character Ahn Kyung Hun, who is a great supporter of Tae Myung Ha. Cha Woong Ki, who debuted in 2007 through “Daughters-in-Law” as a child actor, appeared in major dramas such as “The King and I,” “Lee San,” and “On Air.” Cha Woong Ki also made his debut as a singer with the boy group TO1 in April 2020. After parting ways with TO1, Cha Woong Ki appeared on Mnet’s survival program “Boys Planet” as a contestant and received lots of attention from viewers.
