Park Gyu Young Turns Into A Cute Dog When Kissed In Upcoming Fantasy Drama "A Good Day To Be A Dog"
MBC’s highly-anticipated drama “A Good Day to Be a Dog” has dropped new posters!
Based on a webtoon, “A Good Day to Be a Dog” is a fantasy romance drama about a woman (Park Gyu Young) who is cursed to transform into a dog when she kisses a man. However, the only person who can undo her curse is a man who is afraid of dogs due to a traumatic event he can no longer remember.
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo stars as Jin Seo Won, a sharp and handsome high school math teacher who is terrified of dogs due to a past incident. Park Gyu Young plays Han Hae Na, a pretty and intelligent teacher who seems to have everything going for her on the surface. However, after kissing fellow teacher Jin Seo Won, she faces the biggest crisis of her life.
In the teaser poster below, a sign board that says, “Beware of the dog,” is placed against a mysterious purple background. A drawing of a cute puppy and the text that reads, “Caution! It’s lovable!” herald the arrival of “A Good Day to Be a Dog.”
Another poster features the real-life appearance of Han Hae Na after she turns into a dog. Gae Na (Gae” meaning dog in Korean + Hae Na) is in a bucket full of clothes, staring somewhere with one paw hanging out. Her eyes sparkle as if she has something to say. The text on top that reads, “I am probably the most unfortunate woman in the world,” hints at the hidden story of Han Hae Na, who had no choice but to turn into a puppy.
“A Good Day to Be a Dog” is set to premiere on October 11 at 9 p.m. KST. Stay tuned!
