Blue Dragon Film Awards Announces Date For 2023 Ceremony

The 44th Blue Dragon Film Awards has set the date for this year’s ceremony!

On October 6, it was announced that this year’s Blue Dragon Film Awards would be taking place on November 24 at the KBS Hall in Yeouido.

Widely recognized as one of the most prestigious film awards in Korea, the Blue Dragon Film Awards were first launched in 1963 and have since earned the trust of the public through fair and transparent judging.

The Blue Dragon Film Awards will also be accepting submissions for its Chung Jung One Short Film Award from October 10 to 19. Any film created by a Korean national after November 1, 2022 with a running time of 40 minutes or under is eligible for the award. The winner will be selected by a panel of expert judges and announced on the day of the ceremony.
