NCT's "Golden Age" Debuts On Billboard 200 + Becomes 3rd Best-Selling Album In U.S.
NCT’s full-group album “Golden Age” has entered the Billboard 200!
Although “Golden Age” was originally released in Korea and on digital platforms back on August 28, the album had a delayed CD release in the United States—meaning that “Golden Age” was only physically released stateside on September 29, though its songs have been available for download and streaming in the United States since August. As a result, the album’s debut on the U.S. album charts comes over a month after its initial release.
On October 10 local time, Billboard revealed that “Golden Age” had debuted at No. 66 on the Billboard 200, making it NCT’s third full-group album to enter the chart after “RESONANCE Pt. 1” and “Universe” (excluding releases by units NCT 127 and NCT DREAM).
“Golden Age” was also the third best-selling album of the week in the United States, debuting at No. 3 on both the Top Album Sales chart and Top Current Album Sales chart for the week ending on October 14. Additionally, “Golden Age” entered the World Albums chart at No. 2.
Meanwhile, NCT re-entered Billboard’s Artist 100 at No. 30 this week, marking their 27th overall week on the chart as a full group (again, not including their units).
Congratulations to NCT!
