Jo Jin Woong In Talks To Star In "No Way Out" Following Lee Sun Gyun's Exit From Drama
Actor Jo Jin Woong may be starring in “No Way Out” following Lee Sun Gyun’s departure from the drama.
On October 30, an industry representative reported that Jo Jin Woong was offered the lead role in the upcoming drama “No Way Out.”
In response to the report, a source from Jo Jin Woong’s agency Saram Entertainment commented, “He received a casting offer and is reviewing [the offer].”
“No Way Out” is an upcoming drama that depicts the fierce confrontation between “those who want to kill” and “those who want to survive” amidst the situation where a bounty of 20 billion won (approximately $15.2 million) is placed for the murder of a heinous criminal who is released from prison.
Actor Lee Sun Gyun was originally confirmed for the leading role of Baek Joong Sik, a police officer who protects citizens from the heinous criminal. However, he recently stepped down from the drama as he is under investigation for violation of the Drugs Control Act.
