Kim Sung Cheol In Talks To Join Upcoming Drama “No Way Out”
Actor Kim Sung Cheol may be joining “No Way Out”!
On October 31, Star News reported that Kim Sung Cheol will be joining the upcoming drama “No Way Out” in the role of Sung Joon Woo.
In response to the report, a source from Kim Sung Cheol’s agency Story J Company shared, “Kim Sung Cheol has received an offer to play the role of Sung Joon Woo in ‘No Way Out’ and is currently reviewing [the offer].”
“No Way Out” is an upcoming drama that depicts the fierce confrontation between “those who want to kill” and “those who want to survive” amidst the situation where a bounty of 20 billion won (approximately $15.2 million) is placed for the murder of a heinous criminal who is released from prison.
Actor Lee Sun Gyun was originally confirmed for the leading role of Baek Joong Sik, a police officer who protects citizens from the heinous criminal. However, in light of Lee Sun Gyun’s withdrawal from the drama as he is under investigation for violation of the Drugs Control Act, actor Jo Jin Woong is now in talks to assume the role.
