Pyo Ye Jin Glares At Kim Young Dae Who Destroyed Her Family In Upcoming Drama "Moon In The Day"
ENA’s new drama “Moon in the Day” has unveiled new stills ahead of tonight’s premiere!
Based on a hit webtoon, “Moon in the Day” tells a chilling and heartbreaking love story that spans 1,500 years. Moving back and forth between the past and present, the drama will follow a man for whom time has stopped after being killed by his lover and a woman who has lost her memories of her past life and continues to “flow like a river.” Kim Young Dae plays the dual roles of top star Han Jun Oh and Do Ha, an elite noble of Silla. Pyo Ye Jin plays the dual roles of firefighter-turned-bodyguard Kang Young Hwa and Han Ri Ta, the sole survivor of a noble family from Daegaya (a city-state) in the Silla Dynasty.
The newly released stills capture the first encounters between Do Ha and Han Ri Ta in the Silla Dynasty as well as their reincarnations Han Jun Oh and Kang Young Hwa in present time. Do Ha is a general of Silla, who led the war that destroyed Daegaya during the Silla Dynasty. Do Ha executes the families and relatives of the Gaya general while trying to save the remaining Gaya refugees.
While Do Ha tries to minimize the sacrifices of innocent people, Han Ri Ta, the daughter of the executed Gaya general, stares at Do Ha with her face full of grief and anger after losing her entire family at his hands.
More stills feature the childish top star Han Jun Oh and the miraculous firefighter Kang Young Hwa in present time. The two meet for the first time at the filming site of a public service advertisement for honorary firefighters.
Kang Young Hwa looks at Han Jun Oh with a puzzled facial expression whereas Han Jun Oh talks on the phone with a bright face, not caring about Young Hwa’s presence. Viewers are curious to find out about what will happen to the two, who reunite after 1500 years with different identities.
The premiere episode of “Moon in the Day” airs on November 1 at 9 p.m. KST.
