Soompi's K-Pop Music Chart 2023, November Week 2
SEVENTEEN’s “God of Music” moves up one spot to become the new No. 1 song this week, making it the first SEVENTEEN song to hit No. 1 on our chart. Congratulations to SEVENTEEN!
After spending the last two weeks at No. 1, IVE’s “Baddie” falls one spot to No. 2. Moving up one spot to No. 3 is Lim Young Woong’s “Do or Die.”
Three new songs entered the top 10 this week.
Debuting at No. 5 is Taemin’s “Guilty,” the title track from his new solo mini album. “Guilty” conveys a selfish form of love through its straightforward lyrics, causing pain to the other person while claiming it as one’s own way of loving.
LE SSERAFIM’s first English-language song “Perfect Night” debuts at No. 9. “Perfect Night” is about how when one is with like-minded peers, even a day that is not perfect can be enjoyable. The song conveys the message that the most important thing is being together.
Jungkook’s “Standing Next to You,” the title track from his first solo album “GOLDEN,” debuts at No. 10. “Standing Next to You” is a modern interpretation of old school sounds from the disco funk genre. The song captures the resolve of going through any adversity together since their love together is deeper than anything else.
