Park Seo Joon, Han So Hee, Wi Ha Joon, Claudia Kim, And More Pursue Mysteries And Hidden Agendas In "Gyeongseong Creature"

Netflix’s upcoming drama “Gyeongseong Creature” has shared new stills highlighting the main characters!

Set in the dark times of Spring 1945, “Gyeongseong Creature” will tell the story of an entrepreneur and a sleuth who must fight for survival and face a monster born out of human greed.

Park Seo Joon plays Jang Tae Sang, the most wealthy man in Gyeongseong and the owner of the pawnshop Golden Jade House who has naturally keen insight and knows how to get by in the world with access to all the information he needs. While searching for Ishikawa’s beloved mistress who has gone missing, he becomes intertwined with Chae Ok.

In his character still, Jang Tae Sang is dressed in a clean-cut suit with slicked back hair, captivating with his confident gaze. Park Seo Joon shared, “I think my outward appearance is also a device that showcases Tae Sang, so we developed the figure while referring to actual attire from that era,” and Han So Hee remarked, “Tae Sang was actually there, present on set.”

Han So Hee plays Yoon Chae Ok, who searches for missing people and is even rumored to be able to find those who have died. While searching for clues on her missing mother, she journeys to Gyeongseong and makes a deal with Jang Tae Sang.

Regarding her character, Han So Hee shared, “Since she is chasing after one goal, she appears strong, but she represses many worries on the inside. I tried to express in detail the process in which Tae Sang enters Chae Ok’s walls.” Park Seo Joon commented. “I believe we could create good synergy thanks to Han So Hee, who always did a great job and tried her best.”

Furthermore, Claudia Km will take on the role of Yukiko Maeda, the wife of a Japanese aristocrat. In the still, she wears a kimono (traditional Japanese attire) and captivates with a mysterious smile.

Kim Hae Sook plays Mrs. Nawol, the reliable butler of the Golden Jade House, and in the preview still, she exudes warm charisma as a capable butler.

Jo Han Chul plays Yoon Chae Ok’s father Yoon Joong Won who will also make a deal with Jang Tae Sang in order to find clues about his missing wife, even going undercover to Ongsung Hospital where all secrets lie.

Wi Ha Joon will transform into Jang Tae Sang’s friend and independence soldier Gwon Jun Taek. Although he can enter Ongsung Hosptial as the son of an important family, he secretly participates in the independence movement as he is embarrassed of his father.
