DreamNote's Boni To Temporarily Halt All Activities After Fracturing Her Coccyx

DreamNote’s Boni will be going on a temporary hiatus after fracturing her coccyx (tailbone).

On November 21, iMe Entertainment Korea announced that Boni had been injured in a fall during dance practice the day before. According to the agency, Boni was taken to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with a coccyx fracture and advised to minimize movement.

As a result, Boni will be halting all activities for the time being in order to focus on her recovery.

iMe Entertainment Korea’s full statement is as follows:

Hello. This is iMe Entertainment Korea.

We are making an announcement regarding our artist DreamNote member Boni’s injury and future activities.

On November 20, Boni fell during dance practice and was immediately taken to the hospital, where she underwent a thorough examination.

According to the results of her examination, she was diagnosed with a coccyx [tailbone] fracture, and she was advised by a doctor that she needs to minimize movement and focus on her recovery.

In keeping with the doctor’s opinion, Boni will temporarily take a break to undergo treatment and focus on her recovery.

We will do our utmost to help Boni recover her health, and we ask for your understanding in regards to the fact that starting from today, Boni will temporarily halt her scheduled activities.

We apologize for giving fans cause for concern with this sudden news. We consider our artist’s health our top priority, and we will be unsparing in our efforts to help [Boni]’s treatment and recovery so that she can quickly greet you again in good health.

We will make another announcement regarding Boni’s return to scheduled activities [at a later date].
