Watch: "Noryang: Deadly Sea" Cast Thanks Audiences After Surpassing 2 Million Moviegoers In Just 6 Days

Just two days after surpassing 1 million moviegoers, “Noryang: Deadly Sea” has already doubled its count!

“Noryang: Deadly Sea” is the third and final installment in director Kim Han Min’s trilogy about battles led by the legendary general Lee Soon Shin, following the hit films “The Admiral: Roaring Currents” and “Hansan: Rising Dragon.”

On December 26, the Korean Film Council announced that as of the day before (December 25), “Noryang: Deadly Sea” had officially reached a total of 2,230,719 moviegoers. The film was originally released on December 20, meaning that it took less than six days to hit the 2 million mark.

In celebration of the new milestone, the director and cast gathered together to film a special thank-you message to the 2 million moviegoers who came to see their film. Check it out below!
