"Squid Game 2" Unveils 1st Stills Of Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, Gong Yoo, And More
“Squid Game” has revealed its first glimpse of Season 2!
On February 2, the hit Netflix series unveiled its first stills from its highly-anticipated second season, which is scheduled to be released sometime in 2024.
In “Squid Game 2,” Sung Ki Hoon (played by Lee Jung Jae) chooses not to join his daughter in the United States in favor of pursuing his own goals linked to the deadly game he won in Season 1.
In addition to protagonist Ki Hoon, the newly released stills from the upcoming season capture the enigmatic Front Man (Lee Byung Hun) with his mask off, along with the mysterious Salesman (Gong Yoo) that recruited Ki Hoon in Season 1.
A final photo introduces viewers to a brand-new character (played by Park Gyu Young), who appears to have been recruited as a new Squid Game contestant.
“Squid Game 2” will premiere sometime before the end of the year.
