Watch: Koo Kyo Hwan Makes An Unlikely Discovery In Teasers For Sci-Fi Film "Seeking The King"

Upcoming film “Seeking the King” has shared a poster and a teaser!

“Seeking the King” is a sci-fi film that follows the adventures of military doctor Kim Do Jin (Koo Kyo Hwan) and the residents of a village in the demilitarized zone (DMZ) as they encounter a mysterious giant guest in the summer of 1980.

The released poster captioned, “The biggest friend in the world has crash-landed!” shows military doctor Kim Do Jin examining a mysterious being in an unknown forest. Viewers can’t wait to find out what kind of friendship will develop between Do Jin and the mysterious guest.

The accompanying teaser gives a glimpse of the unexpected events that unfold with the arrival of the mysterious guest in a DMZ village in the summer of 1980. Kim Do Jin, a military doctor dispatched to a health center in the Punchbowl area of the DMZ, reports the sighting of a robot the size of an apartment building, but his report is dismissed as absurd.

However, the curiosity about the existence of the giant robot that has come to Earth grows as a series of events unfolds, including the appearance of massive footprints that cannot be attributed to humans, an unidentified spacecraft flying towards Earth, and the emergence of factions paying attention to the Punchbowl area of the DMZ.

The teaser also introduces Joo Bok (Yoo Jae Myung), a resident of Punchbowl Village, Jung Ae (Seohyun), the only nurse at the Punchbowl Village Health Center, and Chul, the mysterious guest.
