Choi Ji Woo Leaves YG Entertainment After 10 Years + In Talks With New Agency
Actress Choi Ji Woo has parted ways with YG Entertainment after 10 years!
On February 6, STARNEWS reported that Choi Ji Woo is leaving YG Entertainment and is in discussion to sign an exclusive contract with Studio Santa Claus.
In response to the report, YG Entertainment shared, “After discussing with actress Choi Ji Woo, we decided to end our management duties. We would like to thank actress Choi Ji Woo for accompanying us for a long time, and we will support her future as she presents various activities. We ask for the continued interest and support from fans who love actress Choi Ji Woo.”
Choi Ji Woo signed an exclusive contract with YG in 2014 and renewed her contract in February 2016.
Studio Santa Claus, the agency that Choi Ji Woo is reportedly in talks with, was established in 2005 and is a comprehensive entertainment company that produces films, dramas, and OSTs.
