BLACKPINK's Jennie Sets New Record On Billboard Hot 100 For Highest Ranking Of Any Female K-Pop Soloist
BLACKPINK’s Jennie continues to make history on Billboard’s Hot 100!
On February 13 local time, Billboard revealed that “One of the Girls,” Jennie’s collab with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp (from their HBO series “The Idol”), had broken its own record for the highest-charting song by a female K-pop soloist on the Hot 100. For the week ending on February 17, “One of the Girls” rose to a new peak of No. 57.
To add to that achievement, Jennie is now the first female K-pop soloist in history to chart a song for seven weeks on the Hot 100.
“One of the Girls” also stayed strong at No. 6 in its 18th consecutive week on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart, in addition to holding steady at No. 11 on the Global 200.
Congratulations to Jennie on her new Billboard records!
