Lee Jae Wook And Lee Jun Young Form An Uneasy Alliance In “The Impossible Heir”
“The Impossible Heir” has offered a glimpse into the uneasy partnership between Lee Jae Wook and Lee Jun Young!
“The Impossible Heir” will tell the story of three small-timers who join forces in an attempt to take over Korea’s largest conglomerate. Lee Jae Wook will star as Han Tae Oh, the son of a murderer; Lee Jun Young will play Kang In Ha, the illegitimate son of a chaebol chairman; and Hong Su Zu will play Na Hye Won, the daughter of a gambler who has burdened her with debt.
Meeting for the first time during their school days, Han Tae Oh and Kang In Ha forge an alliance fueled by their shared ambition to rise above their humble titles and claim dominion over Kang Oh Group, the top conglomerate group in South Korea, each for their own personal motives.
Kang In Ha, spurned and disowned by his royal family, is resolute in his quest for validation and recognizes Han Tae Oh as a strategic ally whose intellect and resolve are essential to his cause.
On the other hand, Han Tae Oh, who is aware he can’t escape his lowly life without a partner, meticulously aligns himself with Kang In Ha, leveraging the latter’s status as the illegitimate son of a chaebol. Despite their alliance being rooted in necessity, a delicate balance of mutual respect and lingering suspicion defines their dynamic. As they navigate the treacherous path toward supremacy, their alliance is fraught with tension and unexpected turns, promising riveting drama with each unfolding episode.
“The Impossible Heir” will premiere on February 28.
