It’s official—Ryeoun and Go Hyun Jung will be starring in a new drama together!
On April 29, ENA confirmed their drama lineup for the second half of the year to celebrate the broadcasting station’s 20th anniversary.
Of the dramas confirmed, “Starry Night” (literal title, previously known as “Namib”) will star Go Hyun Jung and Ryeoun as previously reported.
“Starry Night” depicts the story of entertainment agency CEO Kang Soo Hyun (Go Hyun Jung) who first approaches the male trainee Yoo Jin Woo (Ryeoun) with bad intentions but gradually helps Yoo Jin Woo achieve his dream.

Ryeoun may be starring in a new drama with Go Hyun Jung!
On February 20, Xportsnews reported that Ryeoun is positively in talks to star in the new drama “Namib” (romanized title).
In response to the report, a representative of Ryeoun’s agency Lucky Company shared, “‘Namib’ is one of the projects he received an offer for, and he is reviewing the offer.”
“Namib” depicts the story of a female CEO of an entertainment agency and a male trainee. Previously, it was reported that Go Hyun Jung was offered the role of CEO Kang Soo Hyun, who first approaches the male trainee Yoo Jin Woo with bad intentions but gradually helps Yoo Jin Woo achieve his dream.
Ryeoun is reportedly in talks to play the role of trainee Yoo Jin Woo. Having impressed in “The Secret Romantic Guesthouse” and “Twinkling Watermelon,” viewers are further anticipating Ryeoun’s next transformation.
