Kim Nam Joo Hits Rock Bottom After Taking Revenge For Her Son In "Wonderful World"

MBC’s upcoming drama “Wonderful World” has unveiled new stills of Kim Nam Joo!

“Wonderful World” is an emotional thriller about Eun Soo Hyun (Kim Nam Joo), a woman who seeks revenge after the tragic loss of her son. When the culprit manages to evade punishment through the legal system, she decides to pursue justice on her own. ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo will star as Kwon Sun Yool, who leads a rough life after dropping out of medical school until he unexpectedly becomes entangled with Eun Soo Hyun.

Kim Nam Joo transforms into Eun Soo Hyun, a psychology professor and writer who is successful in both building her career and forming a perfect family. However, her life gets completely overturned when she punishes the perpetrator who harmed her young son.

The drama will depict the process of Eun Soo Hyun uncovering the truth behind multi-layered events, starting from the day when her life hits rock bottom after losing her beloved son.

Kim Nam Joo remarked, “While preparing for [the role of] Eun Soo Hyun, I participated in filming solely with a mother’s heart in mind. I tried to focus on the moment for each and every scene, and I tried to follow Eun Soo Hyun’s emotions only.” Anticipation is high for Kim Nam Joo’s return to the small screen after six years following her 2018 drama “Misty” as well as her portrayal of Eun Soo Hyun.
