Netflix Responds To Reported Release Date For Yoo Ah In's Drama "Goodbye Earth"

Netflix has issued a brief response to reports about the release date of Yoo Ah In’s drama “Goodbye Earth.”

While “Goodbye Earth” was initially scheduled to be released in 2023, its release date was postponed last year after Yoo Ah In tested positive for cocaine, ketamine, marijuana, and propofol during police investigations for the illegal use of propofol.

On March 9, Korean news outlet Sports Chosun reported that “Goodbye Earth” was now set for a release on April 26.

That same day, Netflix responded by clarifying, “At present, nothing has yet been decided. Once the release date has been decided, we will inform you through an official statement.”

“Goodbye Earth” is an original series that will tell the story of four individuals living out the chaotic final 200 days before an asteroid is scheduled to collide with Earth.
