7 Adorable K-Pop Dance Challenges—The Family Edition!
K-pop dance challenges have become a major trend over the last couple of years, with collabs you might never have even thought possible before. This list is a special edition—it features idols who have done the challenge with family members! Pro dancers or parents grooving along, every challenge on this list is just too cute.
STAYC’s Sieun
Starting the list off strong with a parent who’s featured in multiple dance challenges over the years—Sieun’s dad! The STAYC member’s father Park Nam Jung is an industry veteran himself, so it’s no surprise that he’s totally killing it in this take of “Bubble.” His shirt even says “Sieun’s dad.” He’s clearly his daughter’s biggest fan!
SEVENTEEN’s Dino
Both Dino’s mom and dad were willing to take part in this cover of SEVENTEEN’s “Super,” and they look great doing it! The matching denim outfits really add to the family vibe, and it’s fun to see Dino enjoying the group’s song with his parents. It’s not an easy song to perform, but they’re both doing an awesome job!
Lee Chae Yeon
This one is a two-for-one—former IZ*ONE member and now soloist Lee Chae Yeon performed her song “Knock” with her idol sister, ITZY’s Chaeryeong! It’s no surprise that Chaeryeong has mastered this choreo since both idols are known for their incredible dance skills. This is one seriously talented set of sisters!
TXT’s Huening Kai
Another set of siblings with talent that clearly runs in the family—it’s the Huenings! Huening Kai’s older sister Lea is a social media star and professional model while younger sister Huening Bahiyyih is a member of girl group Kep1er. Their cover of TXT’s “Chasing That Feeling” is exactly as amazing as you’d expect it to be!
TWICE’s Jihyo
TWICE’s Jihyo released her first solo song last year and was lucky enough to get her younger sister to cover it with her! Lee Ha Eum is a model and actress, but she dances so well that you’d be forgiven for thinking that she is an idol as well. They’re both super cute in this cover of “Killin’ Me Good”!
SEVENTEEN’s DK
Another SEVENTEEN member on the list, but this time not on a SEVENTEEN song—DK danced to BSS’s song “Fighting” with his family, including his parents, sister, and brother-in-law! They’re clearly having a good time with the challenge, and it’s fun to see DK celebrating the smash hit success of “Fighting” with his family.
RIIZE’s Anton
Also quite a star family, legendary singer and producer Yoon Sang danced to RIIZE’s hit “Get A Guitar” with his son Anton! This is a father-son challenge that fans were all hoping to see, and it ended up being just as adorable as expected.
