JYP Responds To Reports Of TWICE's Nayeon Making Solo Comeback In June

It’s official: TWICE’s Nayeon is gearing up for her first-ever solo comeback!

On April 9, Korean media outlet Xportsnews reported that Nayeon was preparing to make her long-awaited solo comeback in June.

Later that day, JYP Entertainment clarified, “It’s true that Nayeon is currently preparing a solo album, but the release date has not yet been set.” The agency added, “We will let you know when it has been decided.”

Nayeon’s upcoming album will mark her first solo comeback since her debut two years ago, when she released her record-breaking solo mini album “IM NAYEON” and its hit title track “POP!” in June 2022.

Earlier this week, Nayeon was announced as part of the lineup for the WATERBOMB 2024 music festival in Korea, fueling speculation that she was preparing for a summer comeback.
