ILLIT, TXT, BOYNEXTDOOR, SEVENTEEN, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, And More Rank High On Billboard's World Albums Chart
Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on May 11!
ILLIT’s debut mini album “SUPER REAL ME” rose to a new peak of No. 2 following its physical release in the United States, and it also entered the Billboard 200 for the first time. (Although “SUPER REAL ME” was originally released in Korea and on digital platforms in March, the physical version of the mini album was only released in the United States on April 26.)
TXT’s latest mini album “minisode 3: TOMORROW” held relatively steady at No. 3 in its fifth consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to spending its fourth week in a row on the Billboard 200.
BOYNEXTDOOR’s new mini album “HOW?” stayed strong at No. 4 in its second consecutive week on the World Albums chart, followed by LE SSERAFIM’s “EASY” at No. 5 in its 11th week on the chart.
Meanwhlie, NewJeans’ “Get Up” climbed back up to No. 6 in its 41st week on the chart.
SEVENTEEN’s new best-of album “17 IS RIGHT HERE” debuted at No. 7 this week, even though sales data for the physical version of the album is not reflected on this week’s charts due to its shipment schedule in the United States.
BTS’s j-hope’s special album “HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1” took No. 8 in its fifth consecutive week on the chart, while BTS’s 2022 anthology album “Proof” rose to No. 10 in its 99th week.
TWICE’s “With YOU-th” ranked No. 11 in its 10th consecutive week on the chart, with Stray Kids’ “ROCK-STAR” taking No. 12 in its 25th week.
Finally, ENHYPEN’s “ORANGE BLOOD” remained unmoving at No. 13 in its 24th week on the chart, and BTS’s Jimin’s solo debut album “FACE” similarly maintained its position at No. 14 (in its 52nd week).
