BLACKPINK To Set Girl Group Record By Releasing "BORN PINK" Concert Film In Over 110 Countries
BLACKPINK will be ringing in the eighth anniversary of their debut with a record-breaking feature film!
On June 21, YG Entertainment officially announced that BLACKPINK would be releasing a new concert film called “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS” in theaters all over the world.
The film will be released in over 110 different countries around the globe—setting a new record for girl group concert films. The movie will feature 92 minutes of footage from BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK” finale concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome, which took place in September of last year.
YG Entertainment commented, “In addition to the spectacular production and impressively large stage, you’ll be able to enjoy the performances of rearranged hit songs that you could only see at the concert, in addition to reliving the exciting passion from the venue.”
Limited screenings of “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS” will begin on July 31 in Korea, the United States, England, and more.
