Ji Chang Wook Transforms Into A Villain Who Has No Guilty Conscience In Upcoming Film "Revolver"
The upcoming film “Revolver” has shared a sneak peek of Ji Chang Wook’s new transformation!
“Revolver” is a new film about a former police officer named Ha Soo Young (Jeon Do Yeon) who goes to prison after taking the fall for a crime. Upon her release, she dedicates herself to a singular goal in life.
Ji Chang Wook plays Andy, nicknamed “Mad Dog,” who promises Ha Soo Young a lot of compensation if she takes the rap for something that she did not do and go to prison.
The newly released stills below capture Andy wearing expensive glasses and clothes, with facial expressions that highlight his villainous characteristics. To Andy, who lived his entire life without caring about responsibilities and promises, the promise he makes to Ha Soo Young is meaningless. Even when Soo Young confronts him and tells him to keep his promise, Andy completely ignores her and maintains the same attitude as before, making Ha Soo Young set out on a journey of revenge.
Ji Chang Wook shared that he focused on understanding the narrative in between Andy’s past and present when developing his character. He also remarked that he tried on various outfits in order to make his character more distinct.
“Revolver” will hit theaters on August 7. Check out the latest teaser here!
