"Connection" Heads Into Finale On Its Highest Ratings Yet
SBS’s “Connection” hit a new all-time high in viewership ahead of its series finale!
On July 5, the hit thriller starring Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do soared to its highest ratings to date for its penultimate episode. According to Nielsen Korea, “Connection” took first place in its time slot across all channels with an average nationwide rating of 11.0 percent, marking a new personal record for the series.
“Connection” was also the most-watched program of any kind to air on Friday among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it earned an average rating of 3.2 percent.
Meanwhile, MBC’s new two-part comedy drama “The Pork Cutlets” premiered to an average nationwide rating of 3.4 percent in the same time slot.
