NCT WISH Nearly Doubles 1st-Week Sales Record With "Songbird"

NCT WISH’s first comeback is off to an impressive start!

Last week, the rookie NCT unit made their first-ever comeback with their new single album “Songbird” and its title track of the same name on July 1. By July 2, the single album had already sold over 386,000 copies, easily smashing NCT WISH’s previous first-week sales record of 280,478 (set by their debut single album “WISH”) within less than two days.

Hanteo Chart has now reported that “Songbird” went on to sell an impressive total of 537,998 copies in the first week of its release (July 1 to 7), nearly doubling NCT WISH’s previous record.
