THE BOYZ’s Eric To Sit Out Idol Star Athletics Championships (ISAC) Filming Due To Thumb Injury

THE BOYZ’s Eric will unfortunately be unable to participate in the filming of MBC’s “2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships” (ISAC) due to a thumb injury.

On August 12, THE BOYZ’s agency IST Entertainment released the following statement:

Hello,
This is IST Entertainment.

We regret to inform you that THE BOYZ member Eric will be unable to participate in the filming for the futsal category of MBC’s ‘2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships – Chuseok Special.’

Eric sustained an injury to his right thumb during personal activities and has received medical care at the hospital. He is currently monitoring his condition and focusing on recovery. Due to the nature of the program, he will not be able to participate in this particular filming. However, he will continue to take part in other scheduled activities while ensuring that he avoids straining the injured area.

We will do our utmost to ensure Eric’s speedy recovery. We ask for your kind understanding.
