Kim Min Ha, Lee Min Ho, Youn Yuh Jung, And More Feel The Passage Of Time In "Pachinko" Season 2 Poster
Season 2 of “Pachinko” has released a poster ahead of its premiere!
Based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Min Jin Lee, “Pachinko” is a multi-generational saga of war and peace, love and separation, and victory and judgment that spans Korea, Japan, and the United States. This season, actor Kim Sung Kyu will be joining Youn Yuh Jung, Lee Min Ho, and Kim Min Ha in the show’s star-studded cast.
The new poster highlights the main characters: Kim Min Ha and Youn Yuh Jung as Sunja, who leaves her hometown to start a new life abroad, and Lee Min Ho as the shrewd businessman Hansu. The striking gold and blue contrast of the poster hints at the sweeping story of “Pachinko,” which covers the 1940s to the 1980s, and heightens viewers’ anticipation.
With just three days to go until its release, “Pachinko” Season 2 is already receiving rave reviews for its depiction of a Korean immigrant family’s saga and the cast’s powerful performances.
Season 2 will consist of eight episodes, which will be released one at a time each week starting from August 23 until October 11.
