Watch: Kim Jung Hyun And Geum Sae Rok Cross Paths In Upcoming Dark Comedy Drama "Iron Family"
KBS2’s upcoming weekend drama “Iron Family” has shared a new teaser!
Penned by screenwriter Seo Sook Hyang of “Pasta,” “Don’t Dare to Dream” (also known as “Jealousy Incarnate”), and “Wok of Love,” “Iron Family” is a dark comedy about a family that has run a laundry business for three generations.
The newly released teaser video opens with Seo Kang Joo (Kim Jung Hyun) and Lee Da Rim (Geum Sae Rok) crossing a crosswalk. Da Rim, using a cane for support, and Kang Joo, holding his favorite Zippo lighter, pass each other without noticing. However, Da Rim soon halts when she hears the distinctive click of the Zippo lighter’s lid opening and closing.
The teaser raises curiosity about whether her sudden stop is connected to something Kang Joo said eight years ago. Set to soft music, the teaser features Kang Joo’s narration: “Am I hope? For you,” hinting at a deep bond between the two. The video concludes with Kang Joo and Da Rim stopping and facing each other. Their reunion after eight years raises interest in what might come next for their relationship.

“Iron Family” is scheduled to premiere on September 28 as the follow-up to “Beauty and Mr. Romantic.”
