The upcoming sequel to “Veteran,” titled “I, the Executioner,” has released a new poster and teaser!
Directed by Ryoo Seung Wan, known for “The Battleship Island” and “Escape from Mogadishu,” “Veteran” is a crime action film following a veteran investigation team pursuing an arrogant third-generation chaebol. The sequel “I, the Executioner” continues the story of detective Seo Do Chul (Hwang Jung Min) and his crime investigation team, now joined by detective Park Sun Woo (Jung Hae In).
The new main poster showcases legendary detective Seo Do Chul and newcomer detective Park Sun Woo set against a blue sky. It highlights the iconic line, “Didn’t I tell you not to live a life of crime?” and showcases Seo Do Chul’s intense, justice-driven gaze. Park Sun Woo’s confident and energetic look is expected to bring a fresh dynamic to the sequel.
The main teaser, released with the poster, gives a sneak peek at the film’s action-packed and entertaining scenes. Set to the signature sounds of “Veteran,” it features crime cases and the squad in action. Director Ryoo Seung Wan’s dynamic action direction stands out.
