'Synchro U' Announces September Premiere Date + Jonathan To Replace Yook Sungjae

Music variety show “Synchro U” has announced its premiere date!

On August 27, KBS announced that “Synchro U” is set to premiere on September 16 with Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Juck, Lee Yong Jin, SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi, aespa’s Karina, and Jonathan as its MCs.

“Synchro U” is a music variety show where the cast members work to identify real top artists performing cover stages among AI vocals with a 99 percent synchronization rate.

After its successful pilot run in May, “Synchro U” was officially greenlit as a regular program in June. While BTOB’s Yook Sungjae was originally part of the MC lineup and attempted to adjust his schedule to return, it has now been confirmed that Jonathan will be stepping in to take his place.

The first episode of “Synchro U” will air during the Chuseok holiday on September 16 at 6:40 p.m. KST, with new episodes airing every Monday at 8:30 p.m. KST.
